Criteria mapping — O-1A is won on evidence categories — awards, press, rankings, high remuneration, critical role for distinguished teams. We map your career against them before drafting.
Honest gap report — if you're two criteria short, you get that in writing — plus the plan to build them, often starting from a P-1A.
